This Blog is kinda my weight loss blog, I guess.
I started out at 230 on September 14, and I have lost to 227 this morning. I have been exercising everyday, and eating a low calorie diet. I have a set meal plan that I eat 4 days a week. I have a calorie limit for the days I am not eating the set plan. I feel really good about it! Today, I had to go to the grocery store, and the candy and sweet stuff wasn't even a temptation. I am at the point where I want this SO bad, the sweet isn't worth it! The set meal plan helps a lot, because I don't have to worry about what or how much I am eating on those days. It is a high protein and low carb diet. It also gives me a little wiggle room, so that I can season my chicken, or even bread it, and I am not going over my calorie allowance. It is strange, I have started coming out of my shell a little too! I guess I am more confident now. It really helps just knowing that I am working on it! When I start getting discouraged by women who look better than me, I just think to myself that I only have one year til I am where I want to be... Only a year, and I will be hot too! My ultimate goal is to lose 105 lbs in a year. That adds up to be 2 pounds a week. I would be happy with 95, but my goal before I got fat was 125, and so I am making that my goal this time around. I am so excited about this! More later. I guess...
